Founder & CEO

Craig Bondy is the Founder and CEO of Bondy Capital. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to GTCR, where he spent 23 years as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group. During his tenure, he also held leadership roles as Co-Chair of the Investment Committee and as a Managing Partner. Craig began his career in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston, with postings in both Chicago and London. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Stanford University. Craig is actively involved in education and community initiatives, serving on the Board of Communities in Schools of Chicago, the Advisory Council of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and the Management Board of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Managing Director

Richard Rincon is a Managing Director at Bondy Capital, bringing deep experience across private equity and investment management. He is a Co-Founder and Advisor of Cypress Creek Partners and previously helped oversee the private equity portfolio at UTIMCO. Earlier in his career, Richard worked on the private equity investment team at HCP & Company and began his professional journey in the investment banking division of ABN AMRO Bank. He earned a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Shivan Patel serves as a Managing Director at Bondy Capital, with a strong background in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Bondy Capital, he was a Senior Vice President on the private equity investment team at Vista Equity Partners. His experience also includes roles on the investment teams at Veritas Capital and Moelis & Company. Shivan holds a BS from New York University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chen Ittel is the Chief Financial Officer of Bondy Capital. She brings extensive financial and operational expertise, having previously served as CFO, CCO, and Financial Operating Partner at Datavest Partners. Her past roles also include CFO and CCO at Prospect Partners and a position on the private equity investment team at High Street Capital. Chen holds both a BS and MS from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Head of Administration

Hallie Caruana is the Head of Administration at Bondy Capital. She brings a blend of executive support and marketing experience to the firm. Before joining Bondy Capital, she was an Executive Assistant on the administrative team at GTCR. Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Hallie holds a BS from Ohio University.
